The CCC Course is offered by NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology) Govt. of India, and from August 2019 NIELIT has changed the Syllabus of CCC Course.
In CCC new syllabus Microsoft Office replaced with LibreOffice, LibreOffice is an open source free software. Like Microsoft Office, LibreOffice has Libreoffice writer in place of MS word, Libreoffice Calc in place of MS Excel and Libreoffice Impress in place of MS Power Point.
